It features 2 in. x 6 in. pre-cut Cedar Floor Joists with panelized 5/4'' Cedar deck floor sections. 3 1/2 in. x 3 1/2 in. Cedar post and Cedar rafter construction with Panelized cedar handrailing sections and Panelized upper rail sections. The beautifully finished ceiling features Cedar lap siding with a functional cupola. Cedar Shingle roof sections with Cedar Shingles already attached. OLT includes the Hardware kit with screws, nails and carriage bolts. Assembly time is approximately 2-3 days depending on skill level and OLT offers technical assistance.
